Manned by the Royal Artillery, the Royal navy, the Royal Marines and a detachment of the 5th Battalion (Workington) Home-Guard. Pin is located just about where the NAAFI was.

It was a footbridge over the railways lines in to the dock with steps at each end!!!! |
